Reliability analysis of flap deflection angle based on collaborative intelligent moving Kriging model

To effectively monitor the reliability of civil aircraft flap deflection angle, combined with quick access recorder(QAR), collaborative intelligent moving Kriging(CIMK) method is proposed by absorbing Kriging model, decomposition and co-ordination strategy, equilibrium optimizer(EO), least square(MLS). Among them, coordination strategy used to deal relationship between flaps left right angles. MLS employed select effective modeling samples solve undetermined coefficients model. EO applied determine optimizing local compact support region radius MLS. Firstly, fault reason for left-right asymmetry analyzed clarify main characteristic parameters in QAR data. Secondly, data relevant influencing parameters, model(limit state function) constructed using CIMK. Then, influence angle are Monte Carlo(MC) sampling method. The results show that when 3°, 0.450 2, important factors affecting Mach number, attack, etc. Compared response surface method(RSM), Kriging, vector machine(SVM), back-propagation-artificial neural network(BP-ANN), average absolute error accuracy relative improved 53.02%, 51.43%, 49.03%, 44.04%, 68.36%, 66.76%, 64.41%, 62.64%, efficiency 50.62%, 26.35%, 43.01% respectively compared SVM BP-ANN. When number simulations 10 3 , analysis 8.82%, 7.25%, 6.22%, 3.98% respectively.
